Nayantara is considered as the Kollywood’s Number one actress; after she has been asked to do her perform again with Rajinikanth in “Kuselan”. Earlier, she acted with the Super Star in film “Chandramuki”.....

You are acting with the Super Star Rajinikanth for third time. Would you like to comment about anything on that?

I feel that I am a lucky and fortunate one to act with him. When there are hundreds of leading heroines, this chance for me to act with him in Kuselan is a blessing in disguise. I did the heroine in “Chandramuki” and in “Sivaji”, I danced for the opening song. I am very grateful to the film unit and the fans of me who lend their support to me to become heroine with the great star.

Audience feel that you have not done enough glamour in “Yaaradi Nee Mohini”. Why is that?

I always see to it that I do not cross the boundaries of glamour. I also will not agree to it. Since my glamour for the films “Vallavan” and “Billa” were mandatory, I have done my utmost in those films whereas “Yaaradi Nee Mohini” did not require that much glamour. I always give value to my roles and I give importance for glamour in songs sequences.

There is a rumor that you give importance much for item songs' dances?

Producers who had seen my dance with Vijay and Rajini wanted the same type of dance in their films. But I refused to dance for them. Because, they have asked me, there was news that I would be acting for a dance for that film. There is not even iota of truth in it. There are lot of news that appears in various magazines and newspapers.

People say that you maintain your beauty with the help of Kerala Ayurevedic treatment?

That is also false news. By birth, I am naturally a beautiful. Then why would I take up Ayurveda treatment? I know that apart from acting caliber one needs a good physical appearance always. Hence, I always keep diet control and I will not run after snack foods. As far as possible I do exercises at home.

Which is your priority? Story or the Hero of the film?

I always prefer to act in good story with good characterization. However, when I act with frontline actors and if the film wins in the race, then the people will come to know of my acting talent. As of now I find no time to act with leading heroes. I have to loose a lot of opportunities, because of my heavy schedule call sheets. I am that busy.
