Kollywood is getting ready to remake movies

For the past few years only some new hero’s movies are making a good collection at the box office but the leading hero’s movies are not. The producers and distributors are disappointed.
In the past are producers hesitated to make movies with new directors and heroes, but now they are afraid to make films even with popular heroes in a new subject. In this situation some movies which were remade are liked by the audience. The Shivaji starer ‘ Sorgam’ which had the famous song ‘ Ponmagal vandhal’ was remade in Vijay’s movie ‘Alagia tamil magan’ then the movie ‘Ninai thale enikum’ which had rajini and kamal as casts has the song ‘Engaeum eppothum’. This song was remade in Danush’s mobie ‘ Pollathavan’ and finally ‘Ae atha’ and song from the movie ‘Payangal mudivathullai’ was remade in vishals’ movie ‘Malaikkottai’. All these remade songs were a huge hit.
The famous movie ‘Pollathavan’, which was acted by Rajinikanth’s, was recently used in Danush’s movie. Now all have started using the title from old movies as well. This helps them in publicity. The movie produced by K.Balaji was ‘Billa’ which casted Rajinikath was recently remade as ‘Billa 2007’ which started Ajith. This movie was a great hit. It had a tremendous collection so, because of this movie all producers, directors and leading actors are planning of remake movies.
Now leading heroes are wanting and they are ready to increase there market rate by acting in movie which were already done by Rajini and Kamal. Because of this there is a stiff competition between heroes. Some of Rajini’s movies which are going to be remade they are, ‘Mondru Mugam’, ‘Nalavanuku nalavan’, ‘Priya’, ‘Thee’, ‘Moratee kalai’, ‘Padikkadhavan’, Netrikan’ ‘Raja china roja’ and ‘Thanbi ku netha ooru’. And some of Kamal’s movies which are being remade are ‘Sevapu roja’, ‘Sagala galavalavan’ and ‘Kalyana raman’, and even Nagesh’s ‘Kadhalikka nerum illai’ and S.V.Sekar’s ‘Manal kayiru’ are in the list of remake movies.
Because of the success of ‘Billa’ Ajith is anxious on doing a the double character role in ‘Thee’
Now talks are going on to loop up Vikram with the movie ‘Mundru mugam’ a Rajinikath’s super hit. ‘Pokkiri’ and ‘Alagia tamil magan’ did not do well so Vijay also wants to step into the remake arena. Vijay is getting ready to remake the movie ‘ Murattu kalai’, ‘Raja china roja’ and ‘Padi kadhavan’
Vishual in Bharath, Danush and Simbu are also looking forward to act in remade movies.
